Boutique "Elfite" delivers flowers on the whole territory of Sofia cityand on the whole territory of the country.

   You can order online (24 hours/ every day).

• Choose a desirable product (s) and accessories to it ( a bottle of wine, sweets or a small gitf)
• Fill the requested information about the person who you want to surprise as well as the date and the exact hour of the delivery. If you want you could write a short greeting, which we would forward them.
• Fill your details
• Choose how to pay
• In case you need an invoice do not forget to fill in the information needed.

   Deliveries in Sofia:
   *If you want us to deliver a certain product you sould have in mind that an extra sum of 8 BGN is required to be paid!
   *The order and the payment should be made at least 3 hours before the requested hour of delivery. If you have not fixed the exact hour you should order at least 3 hours before 9 p.m.

   Deliveries in the country:
   *If you want us to deliver a certain product within the whole territory of the country (out of Sofia), you should add an extra sum of 18 BGN courier fee.
   *The order and the payment should be made at least 1 day before the requested day of delivery. For deliveries in the weekends or official holidays you need to contact us to inform you if the delivery could be fulfilled.
   Deliveries in the country are possible in working days from Tuesday to Friday.

• Debit or credit card (incl. Epay.bg or PayPal.com in EUR or USD)
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery
• Paying in cash by visiting one of our boutiques "Elfite".

   If you want to pay with debit or credit card, please choose the correct option.
  For a payment in Leva you should choose BGN!
  When we confirm your request you will be forwarded to ePay.bg, where you can do the payment. Your card should be registered for online payment at ePay.bg (www.ePay.bg).

  For a payment in Euro or American dollars you should choose EUR/USD!   When we confirm your request you will be forwarded to www.PayPal.com, where you can do the payment.

  Dear customers, please note that when paying in foreign currency, all bank transfer charges should be paid entirely by you! We reserve the right not to complete orders that do not meet this condition.

   You may pay cash the order to the courier service on delivery. The order will be completed after a phone call for confirmation.
   !!! Only for deliveries in Sofia - you can pay in cash for your order at address different of the address of delivery. In this case we expect to call us on 02/871 64 77 to inform us for the exact address for the payment. This is an extra service and you will be charged 4 BGN. We will do the delivery after the payment has been done.
